Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was gorgeous, overlooking St Hellier and perfect for exploring the town. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being really lovely, but others struggling at times. The dining options were plentiful with lots of choices, but the hotel seemed to constantly run out of buffet items. The rooms were a bit of a gamble; while some had amazing views out to the coast, mine overlooked an extension of the hotel and back yards, making it a bit stuffy and uncomfortable due to the sweltering heat.
The hotel had decent rooms, but it seemed like a little less effort had gone into them compared to other room types. The service was excellent, particularly the member of staff who greeted us. The location was great for those with a hire car, and not too far from the town centre. The dining experience was nice, but there were some disorganized aspects. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I was delighted with the room at this hotel; it was gorgeous. The only tiny downside was that the breakfast is an additional charge of £ 109 per night, which is not good enough. I also paid extra for a balcony but there were no seats provided, so I couldn't fully enjoy the great view of the town and the sea.
